The Program components include the following:

1. Public Perception

• Assistance in image and personal presentation.
• Discussion/instruction on proper dress attire and demeanor for court.
• Aid in the importance of assessing credibility.
• Video taping of the client to assess strengths and weaknesses in their presentation.

2. The Process of Presentation (Preparation -- the key to empowerment.)

• Define your client's image and presentation

4. Examination in Chief and Cross Examination

Review of evidence and the pitfalls of evidence, and how to handle under cross examination. Sharpen your client's ability to think on their feet. Provide your client with the tools and techniques to help communicate the defined message with both confidence and clarity. Help your client understand how to use body language to their advantage and develop a rapport with the judge and/or jury. Help your client understand how to steer a question and handle an inappropriate question. Help your client become the dirver of their destiny, not just the passenger.

5. Crisis and Controversy

• Prepare your client for appropriate responses to crisis situations inside and outside the court.
• Client and witness management.
• We will ensure subpeonas are issued, and arrangements for witness attendance in court.
• We will stay with clients while in court, to deal with any onsite issues that arise.
